In addition to various minor improvements, this release automatically takes the glossary of the University of Basel into account when translating via DeepL. In addition, users can now optionally be automatically redirected to the appropriate language version based on their browser language.
General Frontend:
- Shared elements are now excluded from the search
- Forwarding problem in connection with personal web profiles has been fixed
- iCal file generation has been revised
- Special case problem with profile page URLs ("wrong redirects") solved
- RSS icon no longer overlays headline links
General backend:
- Form directory is now protected against changes
- Sliders can now be translated normally
- Logout improvement: Backend users receive a logout message
- Glossary of the University of Basel is now taken into account by DeepL for translations DE->EN
- All occurrences in the backend interface of "Forsch-DB" have been replaced with "UNIverse"
News/Events/FAQ:
- FAQ and news are no longer displayed mixed in special configurations
- Updated to the latest main version
- News/Events/FAQ links can now be selected directly in easyWeb without having to enter the URL manually
Personal data:
- Text formatting is now taken directly from the source system/GF-GUI instead of being processed in easyWeb
- Missing profile pages of person lists are now regularly created automatically
Site configurator:
- New setting in the site configurator: visitors can be automatically redirected to the appropriate language version based on the browser language instruction
