Partial problems with the display of news, events and FAQs

Release 4.0.1 causes recurring display issues with news, events, and FAQs on some websites. Clearing the cache corrects the display for a short time, but not long term. We are working on the problem.

This release adds new logos of university units and fixes several bugs that appeared in connection with TYPO3 v10.

Fixed: Lists of persons are not displayed on easyWeb

Fixed: Currently no lists of persons can be displayed on easyWeb, the message"An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later".

With this release of easyWeb standard, the version of the content management system TYPO3 is updated to version 10. This is accompanied by some new features to various functions.

New instruction: Captchas in forms

The newly introduced form function also increases the risk of bot and spam messages. Captchas (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) serve as a simple but very effective defense.
