The University of Basel's website now provides researchers, employees and students with the most important information on data protection, helpful links as well as fact sheets and guidelines: https://www.unibas.ch/en/University/Administration-Services/General-Secretariat/Data-Protection.html.
In particular, a factsheet "Data Protection for Web Forms" (under "Data Protection in Administration") has been published there. If you already use or would like to use web forms on your website, please be sure to note and follow this factsheet.
We are currently working on a privacy policy for easyWeb standard, which we will integrate into all web presences. As the persons responsible for the websites, you will have to adapt this template to the specific website. We will inform you about this separately at a later date.
