Staging instance (testing)
In addition to the live instance that your visitors can see, your website also has a staging instance. This usually represents an exact 1:1 copy of your website.
The staging instance is also used to test new releases. As soon as a new easyWeb standard release is ready, we first play the new release on all staging instances and test the basic functions. Only then is the new release rolled out to the live instances.
This copy of the website gives you the opportunity to try out changes to your website without having to change the original. For example, you can change the layout, test a different menu structure, or try out features. Note, however, that the contents of the staging instance can be replaced by the data of the live instance at any time (data recovery not possible).
