Forms cannot be translated automatically. A new one must be created for each language. If you have created a form and want to translate it into another language, you can proceed as follows.

Create a duplicate of the form. Name it with a meaningful structure (for example "MyForm" to "MyForm - translation english"). This will give you a better overview of the individual forms. Now you can translate all texts in the duplicate. The name of the form is not displayed in the frontend and therefore has no influence on the website visitors.

Once you have saved the translated form, you can embed it on the desired page. Since forms are not bound to one language, you need to select the correct one accordingly.
