Visible improvements:

• [PERSONS] The function names of persons are displayed in German again on German profile pages.
• [PERSONS] On some publication pages the publication element was created again and again. It was hidden but reserved space in the frontend. This problem is now solved.
• [SYSTEM] RSS feed URLs no longer contain the "cHash" parameter and have been shortened.
• [SYSTEM] iCal (calendar file) URLs have been shortened and simplified.
